Online casino operators cannot lawfully offer prohibited casino services to people in Australia. A foreign licence, Australian dollar wallet or local advertising does not change that restriction.
A review describing offshore casinos as a legal Australian alternative misrepresents the supply position. Access to a website is not evidence of permission to serve Australians.
Withdrawal risk remains with the customer
If funds are already held, document deposits, withdrawal requests and the contracting business. Do not gamble the balance simply because support says turnover will accelerate payment.
Blocking a domain does not recover customer money or resolve individual disputes. Keep payment records and seek appropriate advice rather than opening another offshore account.
