BetStop does not license casinos
BetStop covers licensed Australian online and telephone wagering, not a catalogue of authorised online casinos. Marketing casinos as outside BetStop can exploit that category difference.
Offering prohibited online casino services to Australians is illegal for operators. Absence from a wagering exclusion register does not create a lawful casino alternative.
Exclusion deserves reinforcement, not substitution
Someone excluded from wagering may still experience urges around casino advertising. Extend protection with bank blocks, device tools and support rather than switching gambling products.
If an offshore account already exists, request closure and preserve any withdrawal correspondence. Avoid reopening play to satisfy promotional conditions attached to an unwanted balance.
